As most of our items are personalised, we do not accept returns. You may understand that once we personlise an item for you we no longer can use it for another customer.
However if your item is damaged during transit please provide us with a picture of the broken item and we will then remake and resend to you the same item (buyer pays the shipping costs) or alternatively we can provide you with a refund of the item cost excluding any shipping costs you paid.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We use Australia Post for all our delivery services.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. If you would like insurance on your parcel, please contact us for a quote.
