Product Description

Size 

Charm: 40mm wide, 55mm tall
Photo: 30mm wide, 40mm tall
 

How to Order 

Step 1. If applicable (depending on the charm style) choose your charm colour - please refer to the charm colour options picture.
Step 2. If applicable (depending on the charm style) choose to have up to 4 frames connected at the bottom of each other.
Step 3. Choose whether you would like us to add the photo for you or you will do it yourself (the DIY option does not come with a glass covering as it needs a special glue).
Step 4. Choose whether you would like an ornament at the top of the charm (1st charm if you ordering more than 1 frame) - please refer to the ornament options picture.
Step 5. If applicable (depending on the charm style) choose if you would like an ornament at the bottom of the charm (last charm if you ordering more than 1 frame) - please refer to the ornament options picture in our listing.
Step 6. Choose the tying option you would like on the charm.
 

Order Processing 

If you have selected the option for us to add the photo for you we will send through a draft of how your photo will appear on the charm.  Once approved by you we will then have it made.
For photos we prefer to receive the uncropped versions so that we can have enough area for us to capture and for photos with more than one person please kindly confirm who you wanted
to be captured on the charm.
 
Note: we will capture the face only unless you specify otherwise. 
 

Order Packaging 

Your item will be carefully packed and protected in a bubble wrapped envelope.
 

Turnaround Times 

If you have chosen to insert your own photo we will send your order out within 1-2 working days.
If we are inserting the photo for you we will send your order out normally within 5-6 working days as we need to seal the charm with glass.
(Note: turnaround times are also dependent on you approving the drafts we send to you)
